vedran peric is the founder of leapX. originally from sarajevo, bosnia and herzegovina, vedran has dedicated his life to the study of the human potential, blending a passion for science, systems thinking and organizational innovation with life-long practice in ancient contemplative tradition.
in the wake of the war in his home country, vedran moved to the U.S. to pursue an education in computer science (BA) and management (MBA). his primary professional vocation was working for a leading-edge technology firm in boston, where he built and scaled global teams and drove strategic innovation in organizational learning. through the course of his professional formation, vedran became amazed and inspired by the emergent patterns of organizational and individual transformation. this passion led to highly-focused research, training and mentorhips at the cutting-edge of disciplines such peak performance & flow science, organizational dynamics, depth psychology, neuroscience, systems dynamics, and medicine 3.0. this knowledge was deepened and amplified by vedran’s twenty-five years of experience as a scholar-practitioner of indo-tibetan contemplative systems, most notably dzogchen and mahamudra, which has been foundational to every facet of his own development. deep insight sourced from these domains all find a unique confluence in the leapX system of transformation.
vedran’s inspiration to work with next-generation of business and athletic organizations emanates from his professional background and training as a competitive athlete. in addition to playing college-level basketball, he also holds a black belt in taekwondo, received under the mentorship of grandmaster j.h. kim. some of vedran’s professional accreditations include the flow research collective’s high performance training, a certificate in process oriented psychology, mindful sport performance enhancement, and executive certificates in management, strategy and innovation from MIT sloan school of management. a husband & hands-on father of three, vedran savors time with his family and loves reading, playing guitar, skiing, long hikes, and the occasional triathlon. vedran current residence is in amsterdam, the netherlands.
